This beautiful home is located in Punta Sur facing the Caribbean sea so you will enjoy the cooling breezes, tranquility, and beauty of the south end of the island.
Casa Vive Con Fe is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath private home with a swimming pool and sweeping views in all directions.
The house offers a rooftop swing bar and plenty of quiet patio and balcony areas to relax, read, sunbath or enjoy morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. It is the perfect solution for a relaxing rejuvenating holiday.
The main floor includes kitchen, dining area, sunken living room and a full bath. The staircase leads up to the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main bedroom faces the sea and has a king size bed, soaking tub with views of the ocean, a shower, and decks on both sides of the room. A second bedroom has a king bed faces the beautiful Caribbean sea. The 3rd bedroom has a queen and a set of bunk beds with a balcony overlooking the pool. One more level and you’re on the rooftop deck that offers gorgeous views to both the Caribbean and the Cancun skyline.
It is an easy walk down to the incredible Caribbean sea for shell hunting, beach combing, tide pools and getting away from it all.
This area of the island in an upscale family area and quiet.
If sunbathing and snorkeling is on your agenda then one of the most beautiful beaches in the world the North Beach is only a few minutes away. Should you decide to leave this soothing spot for a trip to town or to tour the island, taxis are available, or my favorite is renting a scooter or golf cart.
This property is located approximately 10 minutes by Taxi or 15 minutes by golf cart to the Ultramar Ferry to Cancun. It is located on the South Caribbean side across the road of a rocky cliff directly over the ocean. Swim-able beaches nearby.
