This Penthouse includes spacious rooms with an open floor plan. As you enter the large living areas, the first thing you'll notice is the spectacular view of the Caribbean just beyond the wall-to-wall patio doors and the large balcony. Thanks to the wall spanning pocket doors, the view is completely unobstructed, and you'll enjoy the beautiful sea breeze. The master bedroom features handmade brick domed ceiling - a traditional architectural detail in the Yucatan region. The en-suite bath features double onyx sinks and a large walk-in shower with window overlooking the Caribbean.
To the left of the living room is the full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher. The kitchen has large sliding windows facing Cancun and the amazing sunsets. The full laundry room is next to the kitchen area. The dining room adjoins the kitchen and has a large table for 8 guests. There are dimmers on the lights for a romantic ambience throughout the home. The patio doors in the dining room area lead onto the patio overlooking the new park, the Salina Grande and Cancun. This patio is our favorite to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The second bath is outside the other two bedrooms and features a large walk-in shower and onyx sink. The 2nd master bedroom has a king size bed with the handmade brick domed ceiling as the master bedroom and expansive wall to wall patio doors overlooking the Caribbean. The condo has 3 TV's and wireless internet.
This spacious and private rooftop terrace comes equipped with swimming pool, grilling station, outdoor dining area and lounge chairs. The views rival any on the island. Ideal for groups, families and special occasions: Bachelor & Bachelorette Parties, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Couples / Work Retreats.
This property is located approximately 10 minutes by Taxi or 15 minutes by golf cart to the Ultramar Ferry to Cancun. It is located on the South Caribbean side on a rocky cliff overlooking the ocean. Swim-able beaches nearby.
