Deposits

A payment deposit of 50% is required to reserve. The remaining 50% is

collected within 30 days of Check-In date. When your deposit has been

processed we will send you an email confirming your reservation.

A damage deposit of $500 usd is required and refunded after Check-Out.

Cancellation Policy

Once your reservation has been confirmed Blue Ocean will send you a confirmation letter including the specific Cancellation Policy for the property you have reserved.

Typical Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 30 days of your Check-In date are 100%

NON – REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations made between 30-60 days of your Check-In date will be

charged 50% of total Booking.

Cancellations made 60 days prior to your Check-In date will be charged for 1

night.

Service Terms

Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals does not own any of said properties currently listed or represent. BOVR is a reservation agency and will not be held liable for any personal injury and /or disputes with any of the property owners. If any problems or situations occur during your stay our staff is available.
