These two beautiful and unique beachfront villas are located in the Mexican Caribbean in the exclusive gated community of Puerto Aventuras. Truly private with a spectacular white sand beach only a few steps from the infinity pools. Puerto Estate gives guests the opportunity to rent both Casa del Agua and Villa Zacil Na together for larger groups and more space. Together there are a total of 9 Bedrooms available for the guests to enjoy. Casa del Agua’s terrace is ideal to host larger groups and create a great environment for interaction, but still maintaining privacy and independence for all. It is a great opportunity to share this beautiful piece of paradise with friends and family.
Villa Zacil NA, meaning “Place of light” offers a total of 5 bedrooms. Three are in the main building with two sharing a spectacular terrace overlooking the infinity pool and white sandy beach, one on the ground floor and two additional rooms with private entrances. Each room has a private bathroom, king size bed, flat screen TV, Satellite TV, and air conditioning.
The main living room with a spectacular ocean view opens to the terrace and infinity pool, sets around a large fountain that is surrounded with cozy cushions making this space ideal for reading and group activities. Villa Zacil Na is the perfect setting to allow yourself to be pampered by the creations of our chef and the personal service of our butler.
La Casa Del Agua is an Eco-Chic, organic villa that has an amazing 14-meter high “palapa” with an open living space and large terrace that opens to a magnificent view of the turquoise Caribbean water. The 6 unique suites have king size beds (additional beds available), private bathrooms with double shower heads surrounded by tropical gardens. In addition, they have a flat screen TV, Satellite TV, Air conditioning and L’Occitane amenities.
Experience the soothing sound of the internal “river” flowing through the living room and suites while you sip a delicious beverage prepared by your Butler who is always one step ahead to make sure you have a truly unforgettable experience. The food and service separate this place from the rest.
The In-house Chef prepares all meals at your personal request (Guests pay only for the actual cost of the food and beverages purchased for their stay). Butler Service who prepares and serves delicious beverages is also included. Your Personal concierge can suggest and assist in organizing any activities you may want to do near the area.
